At El Racó we are specialist makers of rice dishes. They are the base of our Valencian cuisine. We make a wide range of dry, creamy and brothy rice dishes, paella Valenciana, Gentlemans rice “Paella de Senyoret”, “Fideuás” noodle dishes, “Fesol i naps” rice stew with vegetables and pork, and our rice dish with beef offal “Fetge de bou” which has to be ordered in advance.
